MC33202DM/D Rev. 0, June-2000 New Product Fact Sheet MC33202DM - Dual Rail-to-Rail Operational Amplifier Overview The MC33202 is a dual operational amplifier providing rail-to-rail operation on both the input and the output with a completely bipolar design. Rail-to-rail per formance is achieved at the input of the amplifiers by using parallel NPN-PNP differential input stages. The input of the MC33202 can be driven as high as 200 mV beyond the supply rails without phase reversal on the outputs. The device offers low noise, high output current capability and a wide common mode input voltage range even with low supply voltages. This device is guaranteed not to latch or phase reverse over the entire common mode range. It can be used for several different functions including inverting and noninverting amplifiers, driving capacitive loads and voltage generation.
